Tips for Making My UI More "Accessible?"

I've installed the game, chosen a server, redone my keybinds, and decided to play a Champion. I loaded into the game, and the UI is too small for my eyes. No problem, I can crank up the scale. I do so, and for the most part, it works, but when it comes to things like moving elements, I get overwhelmed, not to mention I'm a perfectionist when it comes to getting things centered.

For the most part, the base UI is useable. I've moved the unit frames to be more centered on the screen. I kind of dislike the gap between action bar 1 and 2-4. My biggest gripe is my fervor bar, it's really out of the way. I'd really like it to be below my character. I've been looking through UIs and Addons, and there's just so much, I don't know what I might want. As someone who struggles with a large amount of keybinds, even with an MMO mouse, I'm looking for ways to alleviate that. Ways to keep track of important class mechanics. I have installed OneLauncher to make things easier.

My main goal is to create a UI that is bigger than the default, and more centered, I just don't know how to go about that.

Have you tried using the align mod. LoTROInterface : Align for Lotro : Align for Lotro I've found it a great help to get everything nice and neat.

Hooray! If this is what I think it is, I used the exact same addon in WoW (Along with MoveEverything, wich Lotro does by default) to resize and move my whole UI. Thank you!

Now I just have to figure out the copious amounts of frames. I have an escort frame, my escort seems to have an escort frame etc.
